A. Product Overview
Temtop M2000 Series is a multifunctional handheld air quality monitoring device equipped with advanced built-in sensors for detecting multiple environmental parameters. It measures PM2.5, PM10, number of particles, CO2, HCHO (only for M2000 2nd), temperature, and humidity.
The device uses a combination of sensors including American Temtop PM sensor, Swedish SenseAir CO2 sensor, Swiss Sensirion temperature and humidity sensor, and British Dart formaldehyde sensor (for M2000 2nd).
It features real-time alerts via buzzer or color indicators, large data storage capacity of up to 70,000 data sets, and supports CSV data export through USB. Calibration functions are available for CO2 and HCHO sensors to maintain performance.
B. Working Principle
The device operates using multiple sensing technologies:
- Laser PM sensor for measuring PM2.5 and PM10 particles through optical detection
- Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) sensor for CO2 measurement
- Dedicated sensors for temperature, humidity, and formaldehyde (HCHO) detection
The sensors continuously monitor air quality parameters and process the data to provide real-time readings. When concentration levels exceed preset limits, the device triggers alerts through buzzer or visual indicators. Data is stored internally and can be exported for analysis.
C. Why It Is Used
- To monitor indoor and environmental air quality
- To detect particulate matter such as PM2.5 and PM10
- To measure CO2 concentration and formaldehyde levels
- To track temperature and humidity conditions
- To record and export air quality data for analysis and reporting
- To receive alerts when air quality exceeds safe limits
D. Suitable Buyers
- Environmental monitoring professionals
- Industrial and laboratory users
- Facility management teams
- HVAC system monitoring applications
- Organizations requiring air quality data logging and analysis
