Stock Availability, Price Changes and Placeholder Pricing:
All orders are subject to product availability and final price confirmation. Certain products may become unavailable or go out of stock without prior notice, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, Radical TechMart reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid, where applicable.Product prices may also change due to manufacturer price revisions, market conditions, import costs or other factors. If the actual price is higher than the price displayed at the time of order, the customer will be contacted for confirmation of the revised price. If the customer does not respond within a reasonable period or does not accept the revised price, the order may be cancelled and any applicable payment refunded.
Some products may display temporary, indicative, nominal or placeholder prices for catalogue or technical purposes. Orders placed at such placeholder or incorrect prices will not be considered binding and may be treated as void or cancelled. Final acceptance of every order is subject to confirmation of stock, price and availability by Radical TechMart.
