UNI-T UTG962E Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator- 60 MHz
The UNI-T UTG962E is a Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator with a maximum frequency of 60 MHz. It provides output waveforms including sine, square, pulse, ramp, noise, DC, and arbitrary waveforms. The frequency range for output is from 1 μHz to 60 MHz.
It features two equivalent-performance channels and offers a high-accuracy, broad-band 6-bit frequency counter with a range of 100 mHz to 100 MHz. The waveform generator includes a 4.3-inch TFT LCD display for clear visualization of outputs.
The device supports a sampling rate of 200 MS/s and a vertical resolution of 14 bits. Sweep modes include logarithmic and linear options. Frequency characteristics for each waveform type include:
- Sine: 1 μHz to 60 MHz
- Square: 1 μHz to 20 MHz
- Ramp: 1 μHz to 400 kHz
- Pulse: 1 μHz to 20 MHz
- Arbitrary: 1 μHz to 10 MHz
The resolution is 1 μHz with accuracy within 90 days of ±50 ppm and within 1 year of ±100 ppm, in a temperature range of 18°C to 28°C.
Output characteristics include an impedance of 50 Ohms or High Z, with an amplitude range of 1 mVpp to 10 Vpp (50 Ohm) or 2 mVpp to 20 Vpp (High Z). The DC offset range is ±5V (50 Ohm) or ±10V (High Z). The amplitude resolution is 1 mV.
